v1.2.0
Major
Easily create encounters ahead of time đźŽ
"Hold on, let me just let me add these goblins..."
There's nothing quite like the sinking feeling when your perfectly choreographed combat encounter suddenly requires you to dig out all of your creatures, remember which ones have which abilities, and figure out whether that environmental hazard triggers before or after initiative. You're sitting there scrolling through your notes whilst your players are primed and ready, and by the time you've got everything set up, half the momentum is gone.
That's where our lightweight encounter builder comes in. Set up your encounters during your prep time—when you're relaxed, organised, and not under pressure—then load them into the tracker with a single click when it's time to fight. No more mid-session creature wrangling, just smooth, seamless encounter transitions that keep your players in the action and your combat running like clockwork.
The encounter builder is now available to everyone, but subscribers get the added bonus of cloud sync—prepare your encounters on your laptop during prep time, then run them from your tablet at the table with everything ready to go.
What's included in v1.2.0
Encounter Builder đźŽ

- Create pre-set encounters: Build and save encounters ahead of time, complete with creatures, battlefield actions, and environmental effects—then load them into the tracker instantly when it's time to fight
- One-off creatures: Create special creatures that exist only for specific battles—perfect for unique boss mechanics, custom NPCs, or that one-off creature you'll never use again
- Battlefield actions: Attach battlefield actions directly to encounters, so lair actions, environmental hazards, and special effects are ready to go the moment you load the encounter

Enhanced condition tracking 🎯
- Action log integration: Condition tracking now appears in the action logs, showing you exactly what round and what turn a creature had a condition inflicted or wear off—settling those "but I was paralysed on round three!" debates
- Player view control: Enable or disable condition visibility in the player view depending on your preferences—show everything for transparency, or keep things hidden for mystery

Campaign management improvements đź“‹
- Quick campaign editing: Edit campaigns directly from the selector in the sidebar—no more navigating through settings to make a quick name change
- Better campaign summaries: Enhanced campaign summaries in the settings, showing you your party members, the number of creatures, actions, and encounters in each campaign at a glance—so you can see exactly what you've built
Quality of life updates 🎨
- Repositioned dice roller: The dice roller button has been moved out of the way of initiative values for when you have a big combat with lots of creatures
- Improved guest mode: Demo content is now optional in guest mode, allowing you to get started with your own party and creatures faster—jump straight into building your own campaigns without clearing out sample data first

I hope the encounter builder makes your prep time more enjoyable and your combat sessions more seamless. There's something satisfying about loading up a perfectly prepared encounter and watching everything fall into place—no scrambling, no forgotten abilities, just pure combat flow.
