There's nothing worse than realising three rounds into an epic boss battle that you've completely forgotten to use your creature's legendary actions. Your perfectly balanced encounter suddenly feels underwhelming, and you're left wondering if you should retroactively add them in or just accept that this boss fight isn't going to be as lethal as you'd hoped.

That's exactly why we've added legendary action and legendary resistance tracking to the Initiative Tracker. Now you can define how many legendary actions and resistances your creatures have, and the tracker will keep you on top of them automatically. Legendary actions reset each round so you never miss an opportunity to use that devastating boss ability, whilst legendary resistances are tracked as a limited resource for the entire encounter—no more accidentally letting your players bypass that crucial save.

Legendary actions and resistances ⚔️

• Legendary action tracking: Define how many legendary actions your creature has, and watch them reset automatically each round—never forget to use that nasty boss move again

• Legendary resistance tracking: Track legendary resistances as a limited resource for the entire encounter, so you know exactly how many times your boss can shrug off those save-or-suck spells

• Player view control: Choose whether to show or hide legendary actions and resistances in the player view—keep things transparent for your players, or maintain the mystery of not knowing how many resistances are left

• Full integration: Legendary actions and resistances are included in combat logs, data import/export, and can be added to one-off creatures in the encounter builder—everything stays in sync

Battlefield Actions improvements 🎯

• Notes popover: Added a popover for Battlefield Actions that displays the notes you've written for them—now you can see all your devious options at a glance during those climactic battles without having to dig through your notes

Mobile and touch enhancements 📱

• Improved scrolling: Fixed unexpected bounces when scrolling on mobile and touch devices—combat tracking is now smoother than ever
• Better input handling: Updated the condition editor and health editor with improved input factors for mobile devices, making it easier to make quick adjustments during combat
• General polish: A number of UI improvements and refinements to make everything look and feel as good as possible on all devices
